Résumé Visible to Employers
When ON, authorized XPO86 employers can discover your résumé. An employer you directly apply to can still receive application-based résumé access for that application.
Open for Opportunity
Show that you are open to career opportunities on your XPO86 profile. This is separate from résumé discovery.
Privacy:
résumé discovery and Open for Opportunity are independent. Turning one on does not automatically turn on the other.
